over several years, we've been part of a close-knit london team led by project manager ed wilson, first at colliers and now at newmark. working for owners including pontegadea, we've contributed to some of the capital's most prestigious office buildings, starting with cgi and growing into design and specification work on listed buildings, terraces and roofs.

our part varies from project to project: marketing images that help agents let space, planning and listed building drawings, or technical specification, as on the category-a fit-out at st martin le grand in the city, where our cgi brought the proposals to life for pontegadea. what stays the same is the team, and the trust that comes from delivering to a high standard, quickly, every time.

good teams keep working together.

repeat appointments are earned one project at a time. understanding how a team works, what a client expects and how quickly decisions need to be made means we can step in at any stage and add value straight away.

vere street, marylebone

water was getting into a historic roof through failing flashings (the metal strips that seal joints against the weather) and earlier unsympathetic alterations. we diagnosed the causes and specified a complete re-roofing that makes the building watertight and respects its historic character.

the adelphi, strand

at this landmark art deco building overlooking the thames, we designed new terraces and office fit-outs for pontegadea. at street level, new planters and railings had to work around the strict constraints of the listed structure and the public space beside it. we secured planning permission and listed building consent from westminster city council.

behind a listed art deco façade on king street, we produced cgi of the category-a office floors and terraces for pontegadea, working with colliers and griffiths design consultancy. the images were central to the agents' marketing of the building.
