Colony was commissioned to design and gain consent for a pair of dwellings in Caversham on a tight residential street. Planning was secured for the replacement dwelling and its partner by appeal following a series of local objections and planning constraints pertaining to back-garden development. The site layout was carefully considered and responded to the tight tree constraints, as well as neighbour overlooking. The proposal included a crescent plan which allowed the new larger dwellings to be accommodated comfortably into their context.

Colony provided a very professional and competent design service to secure planning and provided excellent technical guidance to help deliver these stunning properties
