Long-standing client AJC approached Colony to deliver a high-end house for their clients Jack and Gill. Design changes were put through planning, and planning conditions were signed off promptly to enable a quick start on site. Technical drawings and construction package was produced in Revit to allow multi-disciplinary collaboration and accurate engineering and site coordination. Colony has been fully involved in the construction phase to make sure the build is accurate and the finishes are top-spec.
